Load Capacity Per Caster: 900 lbs.

FEATURES & BENEFITS:

• Swivel Construction - formed steel mounting plate and horn base. Legs 3/16" x 2" plate steel, contoured and continuously welded to horn base.

• Kingpin - 5/8" diameter orbitally formed rivet.

• Main and Secondary Load Bearings – hardened and polished steel balls rotate in two heat treated raceway.

• Axle - 1/2" diameter bolt with lock nut.

• Lubrication Fittings – in swivel assembly and in wheels with roller bearings.

• Optional Accessories include: Swivel Lock - Field Installable (4SL - convert swivel to rigid for straight line steering; Sealed Swivel Assembly (SS) - prolongs caster life in harsh environments; Wheel Bearing Seals (BS) -prolong wheel life in harsh environments

• Kingpin - permanent rivet type, 5/8" diameter heat treated steel.

• Main and Secondary Load Bearings - hardened and polished steel balls rotate in two smoothly coined, case hardened raceways.

• Axle - 1/2" diameter bolt with lock nut.

• Lubrication Fittings - in swivel assembly and to roller bearings in most wheels.

• Optional accessories include:  Sealed Swivel Assembly; Wheel Bearing Seals (-BS); Thread Guards, for most models.

• Kingpin - Sturdy 3/4" diameter integrally forged with mounting plate, guaranteed for life, and threaded for 3/4" lock nut.

• Main Load Bearing - CNC-machined 2 9/16" diameter raceway; 3/8" diameter hardened and polished steel balls.

• Secondary Load Bearing - 3/4" precision tapered thrust bearing counteracts radial thrust.

• Lubrication Fittings - Ball-check type in swivel assembly and in wheel hubs with tapered or straight roller bearings.
